Do you need to transport diesel fuel for refuelling your machinery on site?
This transport and distribution trailer for fuel is made for you. Approved and compliant with the ADR for the transport of hazardous materials on open roads.
Ideal trailer for your forestry applications, construction, recycling centres, etc…
With a capacity of less than 1000L, it benefits from a partial exemption from the ADR under 1.1.3.6. No basic ADR training is therefore required.
Equipped with a double-walled 4mm steel tank, it is ADR approved with a UN identification plate, designed with internal anti-roll partitions, 3″ and 2″ filling ports, a pressurised ventilation valve, a dip tube for suction with a ball valve, a mechanical float gauge with a visible dial inside the box, the dangerous goods sign and other regulatory symbols depending on the product to be transported.
The entire distribution system is installed in the double wall of the tank with a robust and lockable closure, which ensures safety when the trailer is left permanently on your sites.
The 0.5” outward and return connections allow you to automatically refuel your generator set using flexible hoses.
The trailer is fully galvanised, single axle with brakes, V-bar with ball joint or ring, jockey wheel, platform, mudguards and protection bars with driving light bar.
As its GVW is greater than 750kg, a trailer licence (BE) or B96 training is required to tow it.
Our trailer chassis are designed to accommodate the tanks safely. Each tank is bolted to the cross members of the chassis so that it is integral to the whole trailer.
We adapt the distribution to your needs.
– To be free of any electrical supply constraints, the manual pump will allow you to refuel any machine with the strength of your arms up to 2 litres per beat.
– For easy refuelling, the 12V version with electric box will allow you to refuel your equipment easily thanks to an electric autonomy of +/- 4000 litres. * There is also a version without battery.
– A 220V power supply nearby? The 50L/min pump with its 10 metre power supply will save you time to fully enjoy your activity.
– Autonomy and speed ? the version with a Honda petrol pump motorbike unit removes all electrical constraints and delivers a flow rate of 120L/min
