With a capacity of less than 1000L, it benefits from a partial exemption from the ADR in accordance with §1.1.3.6. No basic ADR training is therefore required. (compulsory training for the transport of unleaded gas, 100LL, UL91, AVGAS)
Moreover, its weight being lower than 750Kg the licence B is enough to tow it.
Equipped with an aluminium Large Bulk Tank (IBC), ADR approved with UN identification plate, it is designed with its internal anti-roll partitions, a 2″ filling nozzle with semi-symmetrical connection, a pressurised ventilation valve, a dip tube for suction with ball valve, a mechanical float gauge with visible dial at the rear, the dangerous goods sign and other regulatory symbols depending on the product to be transported.
The entire pumping circuit is made of stainless steel to preserve the quality of your fuel. In addition, the fill’n Fly trailer is equipped with an absorbent filtration system that complies with the EI-1581 standard on the separation of water present in fuel, in order to guarantee you quality fuel.
Our trailer frames are designed to accommodate the tanks safely. Each tank is bolted to the chassis cross members so that it is integral to the whole trailer.
The trailer is fully galvanised, single axle, V-bar with ball joint, telescopic jockey wheel and stabilising stand, flatbed, mudguards and guardrails with high beam bar.
We adapt the distribution to your needs.
– To be free of any electrical supply constraints, the manual pump will allow you to refuel any machine with the strength of your arms up to 2 litres per beat.
– For easy refuelling, the 12V version with electric box will allow you to refuel your equipment easily thanks to an electric autonomy of +/- 3500 litres. * Also available in a version without battery
– A 220V power supply nearby? The 50L/min pump with its 10 metre power supply will save you time to fully enjoy your activity.
